Wolters Kluwer Names Senior Attorney for Indirect Lending

MINNEAPOLIS — Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced Wednesday that it has named a senior attorney for its indirect lending business unit, which provides compliance tools and services to marine, RV and dealerships, and the lenders that serve them.
Serving in this capacity is Chip Zyvoloski. As senior attorney, Zyvoloski researches and monitors relevant legislation and regulations affecting dealerships, as well as the banks, credit unions and finance companies that offer indirect lending services.
He analyzes and responds to pending changes and their potential impact on lenders and dealers.
Zyvoloski, who created Wolters Kluwer Financial Services' standard motor vehicle lease contract product line, has worked for the company for more than 20 years in various legal roles.
His responsibilities have included legal product development and maintenance, and providing customization services for the company's largest customers. Prior to joining the company, he was an associate attorney at a general practice law firm.
