KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — ProconGPS has rolled out a new GPS device meant to track collateral more closely through the brand familiar to subprime auto finance operations, GoldStar GPS.
Management highlighted features of the ROCKET that include a hypersensitive antenna and enhanced circuitry. Executives believe the small form factor and custom hypersensitive GPS antenna in this device is designed to overcome the sensitivity issues common in attempts by others to make small, credit-card size devices.
"This is a cutting-edge product far more advanced than everything else we have marketed," explained David Meyer, executive vice president for ProconGPS.
"This new device combined with ProconGPS's newly released Voyager Application compliments our already robust line up of products and offerings which further distinguishes ProconGPS as the clear industry leader in the MRM marketplace," Meyer added.
Manoj Tank, director of product management, elaborated about other improved elements of the ROCKET.
"Also this device like its predecessor, The CUBE, affords installers a simple installation and hosts a rugged automotive grade housing that is extremely durable and heat resistant," Tank pointed out.
